Final price will be dictated by final hanging weight of butchered cow at a cost of either $3.69 / Lb for the FRONT QUARTER or $4.49 / Lb for the REAR QUARTER. Butcher will contact you to determine which portion you would like to receive.
Once your deposit has been made, you will be re-directed a "cut selection sheet" that will allow you to select the cuts of meat you prefer most for your order.
