IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Everything is vacuum sealed, labeled, frozen and boxed.
  • We process animals every Friday. You can drop off your animals to be processed Thursday at 7am or Friday at 7am. You will find instructions at the unloading point.
  • Cut Sheet MUST ARRIVE PRIOR to dropping off the animal(s). We will not process without a Cut Sheet. 
  • Hang time for beef is 5 to 10 days. Hang time for pork is 3 days. Dry again over 10 days will cost an additional $10.00/day.
  • We will call you at the phone number provided when your order is ready for pickup. You have 7 days to pickup your order, longer than 7-days will incur a $10/day charge
