Beef & Pork Cut Sheet Forms

In order for us to process your animal and fulfill your order, we need you to provide us with some additional information.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Everything is vacuum sealed, labeled, frozen and boxed.
  • Burgers come in a freezer safe bag with ties.
  • Tuesday is kill day, we can do Monday drop off, or they must be loaded in pen by 6:00am Tuesday morning.
  • Cut Sheet MUST BE COMPLETED at least 7-days prior to your harvest date or you will be bumped to the next available slot.
  • Hang time is 7 to 10 days, anything over 10 days will be charged an additional $5.00/day.
  • Orders must be picked up within 10 days, anything over 10 days will be charged and additional $5.00/day
